IT Strategy

The 2014 Strategic Plan establishes a vision for advancing IT at UConn and supporting innovation and excellence in the University's core mission of research, teaching, learning, and outreach for the next five years.

The development of the strategic plan was a collaborative process, which included the ITS Strategic Planning Committee, IT Partners, deans and directors, and the President's Cabinet. The result is a plan that encapsulates our best practical thinking regarding IT at UConn.

We report on our progress towards meeting the goals in the plan annually, and these reports are available on this site.
